My name is Alves Mwangangi, from Kitui County, Kenya. I am orphaned and had been facing many challenges, among them, financial problems, uncertain hopes, and a poor living environment, until I joined the Charles Musyoka Matuku Foundation. Due to such conditions in my life, I had difficulty managing my commitments and was inadequately prepared academically, which resulted in low motivation and performance.

These challenges, however, existed in my life before my grandmother introduced me to CMMF. The foundation received me and began to pay for my education. They cleared my high school fees balances and have been paying my college fees till now. By educating me, the foundation has created for me a legacy beyond my lifetime. I greatly appreciate CMMF’s financial support and the guidance and counseling it offers through its seminars. Charles Musyoka Matuku Foundation has virtually enabled me to acquire my KCSE certificate and join college. I am now enrolled in Wote Technical Training Institute pursuing a diploma in electrical and electronic engineering. This foundation has been so inspirational to my life.
